Violinist TIMOTHY CHOOI and L’ARCHET have been working together for some time to find a date for the long-awaited recital we have promised our audience. Finally, an outcome: L’ARCHET will be sponsoring Timmy’s solo appearance with the Allentown Symphony Orchestra in Bruch’s “Scottish Phantasy” during the 2023-24 Season, date to be determined. The latter concert will celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the ASO’s Schadt Competition, won in a previous year by Timmy just before he went on the win First Prize at the Joachim Competition and other important European events.

L'ARCHET has the honor to present Violinist RUSSELL ICEBERG in solo recital during the 2023-24 Season, date to be determined. He plans at this time to perform a program of all French Music by Leclair, Boulanger, Debussy and the Saint-Saens Dm Minor Violin Sonata. More news about this brilliant young musician will be forthcoming.


Our solo concerts and recitals will be held at St. John’s Evangelical Church, one of Allentown’s most beautiful sacred spaces and a treasured concert site with magnificent acoustics. St. John’s is within walking distance of Miller Symphony Hall, home of the Allentown Symphony Orchestra. Ample parking is available. For further information please call 917-716-9245.  


 Our colleagues at the Allentown Symphony Orchestra gave two magnificent concerts this Fall. We expect to be bringing you a lot of news about this exceptional ensemble and its conductor, Diane Wittry. Meanwhile the next Classical program of the ASO will take place at Miller Hall, 23 N. Sixth Street, Allentown, PA on Saturday February 11, 2023 at 7:30 PM and Sunday February 12, 2023 at 2:00 PM.
